Our driver will meet you at Arrival Hall A for international flights and Arrival Hall B for European flights, holding a sign with our company logo and your name. They will first contact you via WhatsApp or phone and will enter the arrivals area once you have collected your luggage, following airport regulations. Since airport policies limit waiting times at arrivals, we recommend keeping your phone active and connected to the free airport Wi-Fi.

Our waiting time is based on your flight arrival time. We provide a 1-hour waiting period after landing. Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp or phone within 15 minutes of arrival to confirm your pickup. If they cannot reach you or vice versa, they will try to find you in the arrivals hall using the airport’s announcement service. If contact is not made within 1 hour, the booking will be considered a No-Show, and the driver will leave.
