Cancellation Policy

For any cancellation made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, 100% of the amount will be refunded.

If the cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the pick-up time or in case of a no-show, no refund is allowed (100% cancellation fee applies).

This cancellation policy applies to all services, including single-day/multi-day tours and transportation services.

All cancellations must be made via phone or email to ensure timely processing.
