Booking Policy

In our system, bookings must be made at least 30 minutes before the desired pickup time. This means that if you attempt to book a ride at 18:30, the earliest available time you can select will be 19:00.

This policy ensures that we can properly organize your service and provide you with the best possible transfer experience.

Our standard transfer rates apply for services conducted between 05:00 AM and 10:30 PM.
For transfers taking place between 10:30 PM and 05:00 AM, a night rate surcharge is applied, according to our pricing list.

In case of delayed arrival (e.g. due to a flight delay) that causes the transfer to fall within the night hours, the final price may be slightly adjusted in line with our night rate policy.
