Earlier this year many business owners received a low-interest loan from Uncle Sam through the Paycheck Protection Program. Disciplined business owners were able to not touch those funds through the COVID ups and downs. A few of those owners are starting to receive notifications of the loans being forgiven. Effectively turning the loan into a grant or gift. If they can hold out until the end of the year, many more business owners will likely be able to open the package they received earlier this year.
