Little Engine Ventures (LEV) recently acquired Magic Glass of 712 Widewater Drive, Lafayette, IN from Mike & Kim DeWilde. LEV is a private investment partnership located in Lafayette, IN and managed by local entrepreneur, Daryl Starr. Both Mike & Kim DeWilde will remain as employees of the company.
“I believe LEV can take the business to the next level,” said Mike DeWilde. DeWilde will be semi-retiring after nearly 40 years of service at Magic Glass. The company provides auto, farm, and construction glass repair and replacement in several surrounding counties. The change of ownership was effective May 30th, 2017.
“The DeWilde’s ran a clean business and we are pleased to continue to deliver solid service with a great team,” said Starr. Starr and the LEV firm make both minority and majority investments in companies that they believe can grow with investments in technology and sound business practices.
