Half day Athens sightseeing

The sightseeing ride starts, of course, with the famous Acropolis Hill & Museum, where you can admire the elegant temple of the Parthenon and after that, the modern Acropolis Museum that houses impressive statues and artifacts of the ancient Greek civilisation.

Next is Plaka, quaint areas developed around the ancient Agora, where you can find all kinds of small shops and supply yourself with souvenirs for you and your loved ones.
You will have the chance to admire the iconic buildings of the Athens Trilogy.

The heart of the city beats around the famous Constitution Square. If you are lucky, you may witness the Change of Guards ceremony and the tomb of the unknown soldier.

Your experience will not be complete unless you visit Panathenaic Stadium or Kallimarmaro as Greeks call it.
Last stop, Lycabetous hill and the Athens balcony. Now that you have seen from close all the most important sites, lets see Athens from above.
